IPTV DStv offers several lean-back applications that allow you to watch DStv without a decoder on your Smart TV (an Internet-connected TV). The DStv apps are available on the following devices.
- Samsung Smart TVs (selected Models from 2015 and Onwards).
- Hisense Smart TVs (models chosen from 2018 and onwards).
- LG Smart TVs (models with webOS 3.0, 3.5, and 4. x)
Installing the new iptv DStv Now App on your Smart TV
- Connect your Smart TV to the Internet using Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
- Install the “DStv Now” app by searching for it in your TV app store.
- The app will show a code once it is installed on your TV.
- Sign in to Now.dstv.com on a laptop or desktop
- Sign in by going to now.dstv.com/tv, entering the code shown on your TV, and clicking the “Sign In on TV” button.
- The app will be available on TV.
What is DStv now?
This is the online version of DStv. You can watch DStv online if you are not at home. All DStv customers are entitled to this service at no additional cost (just be sure to monitor your data usage).
How many people can watch DStv at once?
With iptv DStv, you can watch two streams simultaneously on different devices. A single account allows you to watch TV on a decoder, watch a movie in your bedroom on a tablet, and watch sports on another smart TV, all using DStv Now.
